Completing the purchase of this space confirms your reservation, however this is for your VENDOR SPACE ONLY. The space is 10' x 10', with no exceptions. Be sure to bring any needed tables, tents, and anchors in case the weather does not cooperate. Please read the Event Specs carefully.

THE EVENT SPECS

EVENT DATE: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH, 9am – 5pm
WE HAVE 4 VENDOR SECTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:
- BARGAIN SECTION: $30 per space. Located on the 3000 block of N. Fratney Street.
- CRAFT SECTION: $35 per space. Located on the 800 and 900 blocks of E. Burleigh St.
- ANTIQUES SECTION: $40 per space. Located on the 700 block of E. Burleigh St.
- FOOD TRUCK SECTION: $60. Located on the 3000 block of N. Fratney St. and other designated locations around the event grounds.
Hey! Don’t worry if your wares don’t exactly fit into one of these categories. Just pick the section that most closely aligns with your collection.
RESERVE VENDOR SPACE is 10’ x 10’.
RESERVE FOOD TRUCK Space is 10’ x 20’.
DEADLINE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS IS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st, or when all spaces are SOLD OUT.
- All vendors must purchase their spaces in advance from this site.
- You will receive an automated email confirmation when the purchase is completed, and your reservation is confirmed. You may have to check your spam or junk folders.
- There is currently no need to fill out a tax form for this event.
- No day-of-event payments are allowed. DON’T DELAY! ALL SPACES WILL SELL-OUT!
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST REMOVE ALL THE TRASH FROM YOUR SPACE AND LEAVE NO UNSOLD ITEMS BEHIND AT THE END OF THE EVENT. VIOLATORS WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
FOOD TRUCK VENDORS: YOU MUST HAVE A VALID FOOD LICENSE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. You are required to bring with you a copy of a valid temporary food license or mobile food license, either from the City of Milwaukee or any jurisdiction within the state of Wisconsin.
HEALTH INSPECTORS WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID FOOD LICENSE WITH YOU, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE EVENT. No exceptions.
ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
- Set-up begins at 6am. RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS.
- Drive your vehicle into the event on the block your space is reserved on:
- ANTIQUE SECTION: enter from N. Pierce St. onto E. Burleigh St.
- CRAFT SECTION: enter from either N. Bremen or N. Weil Streets onto E. Burleigh St.
- BARGAIN SECTION: enter from E. Chambers St. onto N. Fratney St.
- FOOD TRUCKS: enter from E. Chambers St. onto N. Fratney St.
- Your exact space location is determined by FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. There are no assigned spaces.
- Vendor vehicles, trucks, cars or vans are NOT allowed to park in the event space (with the exception of Food Trucks, of course).
- All vehicles MUST be off the event space by 8:45am (with the exception of Food Trucks, of course).
- Free Vendor Only Parking is available in the Messmer School lot on Chambers and Fratney, located south of the school. Parking will have limited availability, also first come, first served.
- 8’ BANQUET TABLES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL. You must provide your own tables if needed.
- The Rummage Sale ends at 5pm, however you have 2 hours to pack-up and take down your space.
- The streets are re-opened to traffic at 7PM.
- PLAN FOR THE WEATHER! We don't supply anything but the Space. Please, bring your own tents for shade or rain. Bring weights to anchor tent poles from wind! Bring your own chairs and drinking water!
